About the role

Instructors are responsible for leveraging their expertise to deliver education services to students through:

  • Planning and organizing instructional methods and resources
  • Programmatic accreditation (if applicable)
  • Facilitating student engagement in the classroom/learning environment
  • Working one-on-one with students
  • Assessing students and providing developmental feedback

Position Requirements

  • Associate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Ultrasound Technology, or a closely related field required
  • Current ARDMS certifications in at least two of Abdomen (AB), OBGYN, and/or Vascular Technology (RVT)
  • Prior teaching, clinical instruction, precepting, or student supervision experience in an academic or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sonographic principles, patient care, imaging protocols, and a commitment to supporting student learning and program success.
