About the Opportunity:

The DHS Case Reviewer plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of investigative reports and documentation before submission to government clients. This position contributes to the organization's mission by maintaining high standards of accuracy and completeness, supporting continuous improvement, and facilitating effective communication with field staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Review investigative reports, interviews, and record checks for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Ensure all work products meet customer and contract requirements prior to submission
  • Partner with Investigators and Record Searchers to clarify requirements and resolve deficiencies
  • Provide coaching and guidance regarding investigative standards and documentation requirements
  • Identify recurring trends, errors, omissions, and quality concerns
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance personnel to develop educational and corrective action initiatives
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall program quality
  • Maintain established quality, timeliness, and production standards
  • Assist management with quality reporting and trend analysis

Requirements:

  • Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance
  • Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) highly desired
  • Ability to work remotely with flexible work location

Pay Range and Compensation Package:
