■Job Description

・Lead the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off

・Develop test strategies, test plans, success metrics, and release readiness criteria

・Coordinate testing activities with business users, IT teams, and offshore development teams across multiple regions

・Monitor testing progress and communicate project status, risks, issues, and release readiness to stakeholders

・Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, validation, regression testing, and closure using testing tools

・Prepare testing documentation, reports, and dashboards to support project governance

・Collaborate with regional teams to standardize testing methodologies, governance, and best practices

・Drive continuous improvements to testing processes, tools, and quality assurance practices

■Requirements

・5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

・Proven experience leading cross-functional testing activities involving business, IT, and offshore teams

・Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), UAT methodologies, and QA best practices

・Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar test management and defect tracking tools

・Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and reporting skills
