About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for DevOps platforms and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure.
- Assist engineering teams with deployment, configuration, and automation-related requests.
- Monitor platform health and respond to incidents and service requests.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and operational tasks.
- Investigate and resolve build, release, and environment issues.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in on-call and support rotations as required.
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to improve platform stability and support processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Support, or System Administration.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Git and source control management.
- Knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting cloud environments - AWS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
