DevOps Engineer - AI Trainer

About This Role

This role involves training AI chatbots and models, offering the flexibility of remote work and a customizable schedule. It suits an existing DevOps Engineer who wants to contribute to AI development by creating and solving coding problems, building apps, and synthesizing insights through data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
• Provide feedback that directly shapes the next generation of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer
