About the role
Job Summary:
We're ready to welcome a skilled Developer & Automation Expert with strong hands-on expertise in n8n to design, build, and hold end-to-end automations and data workflows across our business. This is a mid-to-senior role for a proper developer and automations expert who brings solid software architecture experience, ease across several databases, and a disciplined approach to documentation. The right person takes full ownership of automation projects from concept through deployment and comes alive building reliable, well-structured systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold automation projects A to Z — from planning through deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Integrate and connect tools across our stack, Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI included
- Design, build, and hold end-to-end automation workflows in n8n
- Architect and run databases
- Take on data engineering tasks and keep data flowing cleanly and reliably across systems
- Write clear, thorough documentation for every development and workflow
- Put CI/CD best practices to work across deployment and release processes
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development
- Troubleshoot, refine, and keep improving existing automations and data pipelines
Mandatory Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Solid software architecture experience
- Time spent working across several databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Supabase)
- Strong background building automations and workflows in n8n
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and processes
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Strong data engineering fundamentals
- Capacity to turn out clear, detailed technical documentation
- Dependable, precise, and able to work on your own initiative
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on time with Airtable
- Grounding in building automations across several business functions
- Capacity to carry several development projects at once
- Proven history holding full development lifecycles on your own
