We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to support a Windows 11 deployment within a Victorian Government environment. This role will provide hands-on technical support to end users while assisting with device rollout, configuration and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment and rollout of Windows 11 devices.
- Configure, enrol and manage devices through Microsoft Intune.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, application and connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate deployment records, asset information and support documentation.
Key Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated desktop support experience in a large enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 11 deployment and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management.
- Previous Victorian Government experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
