Design Project Coordinator

This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring design modeling projects, ensuring they stay on track with timelines and budgets. It suits a professional with experience in automotive design project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, timeline creation, milestone scheduling, and KPI monitoring across design modeling activities
• Manage cost estimation for clay, resin, structural frames, supports, and hard components
• Monitor budgets, identify risks and deviations
• Track progress, delays, deliverables, and risks
• Prepare structured weekly status updates
• Prepare professional presentations and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in automotive design project management, planning, or program coordination
• Strong capability in timeline management, milestone tracking
• Experience with budget tracking, cost estimation, and financial monitoring
• Familiarity with materials and components used for prototype model building (clay, resin, structures, hard parts)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign
• Strong communication and documentation skills
