1. Design Leadership & Project Oversight
Lead Design Efforts
Oversee and direct the creative and technical design process for multiple projects.
Ensure that design solutions align with client expectations, company standards, and industry trends.
Manage Internal Design Teams
Guide, mentor, and develop in-house design teams to foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Provide strategic input to ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
Client-Facing Role for Presentations
Represent XXX India in client presentations and meetings.
Clearly communicate design concepts, methodologies, and deliverables to clients.
Ensure Project Efficiency and Profitability
Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality output.

Recruit & Hire Talent
