Design Director

*  Main Responsibilities:

I.      Design Management

1.       Establish design standard: library, drawings, key concept, forms etc. for Design Dept.

2.       Contribute strategically to brand design business component.

3.       Lead and direct designer/team providing key concepts, strategies and brand positioning during project.

4.       Provide influencing ideas, construction methods to enhance practical productivity of design.

5.       Always Updating timely design trend to various internal and domestic: materials, color, new interior products.

6.       Meeting clients as required, presenting and consulting the design issues.

7.       Mentor and supervise design team while challenging and introducing new and innovative methods of creative execution.

8.       Involve and solve problem of staff to ensure prestige of company.

II.   Staff Developing Management:

1.     Recruitment and training knowledge, skills, process, standard to staff.

2.     Direct and motivate staff to self -development. Establish performance review sheet.

3.     Combine with suppliers to training about materials, products, technical… Make the visit to factory of suppliers.

4.     Ensure staff using specialized software as Auto cad, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp…

5.     Define and arrange current human resource effectively for each projects.

III. Project Management: to be the Project Manager in some projects which will be assigned by BOD

*Requirement for Knowledge/ Skills:

-      Bachelor of Arts (BA) of Architecture Design/ Interior Design or equality.

-      At least 10-15 years of experience related to in interior designer, architect, construction.

-      At least 5 years of experience at similar position.

-      Know management process and implement design project.

-      English: fluency in 4 skills: Listening, writing, reading, speaking

-      To be proficient in: Autocad, Revit, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop

-      Good time management/ Problem solving skill/Presentation

-      Good in paper works, establish the procedures, template/ forms etc.

-      Good skill in sketching

-      Good skill in resolving problems/ issues/ provide the solution when issues happen.

*Benefits:

-      Income: will be discuss (Gross, consisting of tax income, house rent, transportation…)

-      Commissions during working: The % of commission will be referred to the project contract’s final account value and exclusive of VAT, work items nominated by Clients.
