About the role
Objective - Primarily assist the facade design lead by preparing intent drawings, collecting arch/ structural drawings. Should have knowledge of basic facade engineering principles, collect pricing and catalogues from suppliers, coordinate meeting with vendors.
Roles :-
- Coordinate with Architects, Structures, Interiors, and MEP teams and collect information/ drgs to assist in the design development and approval.
- Draft intent drawings as required by facade lead.
- Collect cost of facade elements from various suppliers/ vendors.
- Filing of all important documents/ drawings and taking print outs as required by facade lead.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experienced in completing high rise facade projects within the approved time and cost and have min 5 yrs experience (ITI- draftsmen).
- Basic knowledge of facade engineering principles, fabrication methods, installation methods
