Your tasks
- Review and validate complex financial transaction data to ensure its accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with multiple business functions to support effective risk oversight and operational excellence
- Monitor and maintain data quality across internal systems and processes
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, analytics, and technology-driven solutions
- Support the implementation of innovative tools that streamline manual activities and increase efficiency
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within a highly collaborative environment
Requirements
- At least one year of professional experience in an analytical, operational, or risk-related role within the banking or financial sector
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and levels of expertise.
- A proactive, accountable, and self-driven approach to work, with strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, and willingness to work on-site in Warsaw
Nice to have
- Experience with Equity Derivatives, Claims processes, or Asset Servicing
- Familiarity with Bloomberg or MarkitWire
