Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented sales professional to drive territory growth, expand dealer networks, and strengthen market presence in the building materials/downstream steel segment. The role requires strong field sales exposure, team handling capability, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive sales targets across the assigned territory
- Lead and manage DGO & Assistant Managers to achieve business objectives
- Expand and activate dealer/distributor network
- Drive platform adoption and increase digital transactions
- Build strong relationships with retailers, fabricators, contractors, and channel partners
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Ensure strong execution and market coverage across the territory
- Monitor team performance and drive operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail sales of downstream steel, building materials, or B2B e-commerce
- Proven experience in field sales and team handling
- Strong ownership mindset with execution-driven approach
- Good stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Ability to drive business growth and market expansion
Qualification
Relevant experience in sales/business development within building materials or allied industries preferred
