Deputy Manager (Bulk Hiring) _ Talent Acquisition _ Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for volume hiring across customer service, sales, technical support, collections, and back-office operations.
• Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet aggressive manpower requirements.
• Drive walk-in drives, campus hiring, job fairs, referral programs, and vendor hiring initiatives.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume hiring requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with operations leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring forecasts to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams for smooth candidate transitions.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.
• Monitor recruiter productivity, interview ratios, and hiring metrics.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Vendor & Channel Management

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external vendors.
• Optimize sourcing channels to improve candidate quality and reduce hiring costs.
• Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor performance.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

• Track key recruitment metrics including:

• Time-to-fill

• Cost-per-hire

• Offer-to-join ratio

• Source effectiveness

• Recruiter productivity

• Attrition trends

• Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and MIS reports to leadership.

Compliance & Candidate Experience

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract and engage talent.
