We are looking for an energetic, forward-thinking leader to serve as Deputy Head of IT, driving cross-border tech operations and enterprise platforms across Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and international sites!
What You’ll Own
Cross-Border Leadership: Direct and mentor a high-caliber team of 10+ engineers spanning software development, core business applications, cloud/infrastructure, and IT service desk management. Report to IT Head with strategic planning for the department.
Enterprise ERP Optimization: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and functional management across critical modules (Sales & Distribution, Finance & Controlling, Production & Manufacturing).
Hands-on Technical Coaching: Utilize your software engineering roots to conduct architecture reviews, evaluate code quality, and provide direct technical mentorship.
Process Modernization: Uncover systemic operational friction and design practical, scalable workflow automations.
Who We’re Looking For
All-rounded Management: 10+ years experience, currently as IT Manager/ Head, managing a small to medium size team covering both application, infrastructure and Ops.
Technical DNA: Strong background from application development —you lead by example and understand code-level execution.
Domain Mastery: Solid, consistent career history within the manufacturing, industrial or consumer goods domain, demonstrating long-term organizational commitment.
Enterprise Application portfolio: Deep expertise in any large-scale ERP across multiple modules with integration across systems/ applications (e.g. Epicor/ SAP/ Oracle/ D365/ Infor).
Digital Transformation: Strong understanding across corporate functions (e.g. HR, Finance etc.) and production factory's workflow, demonstrate strong strategic planning skills to use IT solutions for improving operation efficiency.
Mindset: An upbeat, high-energy personality with an ambitious, "driver-first" execution style.
Location & Mobility: Based in Shenzhen, or a Hong Kong citizen taking advantage of Go-GBA for daily cross-border commuting. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese speaker is a strong plus.
