As a Deputy Director, HR Nursing, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead and manage the HR team
- Provide leadership and strategic business partner role to the organisation and board's committee
- Review and implement the HR policies
- Oversee the talent management, performance management, organisational development, remuneration and welfare, staff retention and engagement, budget planning and manpower planning
- Provide guidance and advice on all HR policies and services
- Lead and empower stakeholders on change management
- Develop and review compensation and benefits programmes
- Advise to management and board committees on government-initiated manpower-related initiatives
- Conduct annual review on all HR matters and services
- Provide oversight to payroll function and ensure timely payroll processing on monthly basis
- Perform the secretariat role to the Board’s HR Committee
Requirements:
- Min. Degree qualification, preferably in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Humanities/Social Sciences or equivalent field.
- Min. 5 years of HR managerial experience is preferrable.
