Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement the department’s digitalization strategy in line with business functions, including corporate credit risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance.
- Coordinate and manage digitalization projects, covering digital transformation, AI/Machine Learning Models, process automation and Regtech applications.
- Explore and identify digitalization use cases, and drive digital transformation by independently developing proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate technical feasibility.
- Support the implementation of digitalization projects across business teams within the department, including requirements analysis, feasibility assessment, project initiation, user acceptance testing, post-implementation review and related activities.
- Serve as the key liaison between business users and the Information Technology Department, coordinating project implementation, resolving project issues, providing practical recommendations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standard.
- Responsible for use requirements, project plan and user support for the corporate credit workflow system, with the aim of enhancing the user experiences and journeys in corporate credit processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in financial institutions, including at least 2 years of digital project management experience, with a basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Experience in participating in and successfully implementing FinTech or Regtech projects, including artificial intelligence, process automation, data analytics, and related initiatives, is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Python, and machine learning libraries.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning and statistical methods.
- Strong ability to understand and analyze business users’ digitalization needs, and to provide constructive advice to guide business users in refining their requirements.
- Qualifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), ScrumMaster, Product Owner or other Agile-related certifications are preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, including good Putonghua communication skills.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Digital Finance Manager.
