Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Set goals and delegate tasks to teams
• Follow up on tasks and report results to the team and other managers
• Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience (Guest Service Department Manager)
• Oversee sales promotions (Guest Service Department Manager)
• Train all service staff in service procedures (Guest Service Department Manager)
• Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service (Guest Service Department Manager)
• Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely (Kitchen Department Manager)
• Control food costs (Kitchen Department Manager)
• Train all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items (Kitchen Department Manager)
• Hire qualified crew and train them effectively (People Department Manager)
• Schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals (People Department Manager)
• Ensure crew have a good start at the restaurant and are recognized and motivated (People Department Manager)

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player
• Flexible schedule
• Passion to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
