About This Role
This role as a Dentist at Impress involves being the brand's representative, delivering clear aligner therapy and high-quality dental care within a technology-focused and team-oriented practice. You will be responsible for patient consultations, treatment planning, and providing an exceptional experience using advanced tools to achieve outstanding clinical results.
Responsibilities
- Explain and determine suitable treatment plans while delivering a world-class experience for every customer
- Perform consultations, 3D scans, follow-up visits, IPRs, and engager placement
- Carry out fillings, dental hygiene, whitening, and other dental procedures as needed
- Submit aligner diagnostics to our network and work with the medical director to prepare cases for production
- Educate patients on oral health practices and ensure the responsible maintenance of dental equipment
Requirements
- Dental degree from an accredited university
- GDC number
- Compliance with all dental and healthcare laws and a valid work permit for the country of operation
- Dedicated to excellence and efficiency in the execution of diagnosis and treatment planning
- Strong computer skills with healthcare applications and an interest in cutting-edge technology
- Proven experience within the orthodontic or clear aligner sector
- Ability to travel to other clinic locations frequently as required by the business
- A calm and professional manner with patients and a focus on delivering a delightful experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
