Overview
State of the art Cosmetic Dental Center seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to become a part of our great team! You will accommodate patients, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

- Pay: min$23-max$26 per hour
- Full time: 5 days a week, Saturdays are a must

Responsibilities
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online appointments.
- Respond to patients needs, requests
- Keep records of occupied treatment rooms and patients.
- Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental or medical customer service, medical or dental front desk service.
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
