Demand Planner

About This Role

Developing and maintaining SKU-level demand forecasts across multiple sales channels in the US and EU is the core of this role. You will work closely with the Sr. Demand Planning Manager and cross-functional teams to analyze sales history, shipment data, and inventory levels, translating insights into accurate forecasts and purchasing recommendations that help ensure product availability across multiple warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective forecast models for assigned geography and sales channel
• Build, review and maintain product-based SKU level demand plans
• Engage in Collaborative Planning with cross-functional departments as required
• Facilitate a collaborative team-oriented forecasting process incorporating input and data from Amazon and other domestic and international marketplaces or sales channels
• Provide reports on forecast accuracy and inventory position and coverage
• Provide inventory risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Support product transition planning and forecasting at the SKU level for new and existing products
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Participate in the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process
• Participation in special projects contributing to the ongoing development of planning systems and processes
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• Forecasting and Replenishment software experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required with strong advance Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven and results-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Advanced level of MS Office, MS Window, and Computer knowledge
