Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving demand and sales forecasts across the company's Distribution Centres and Quick Service Restaurant customers is the core of this role. This position plays a critical part in translating product demand signals into accurate supply plans that support service, inventory, waste, and working capital outcomes. Working cross-functionally, you will contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes by providing clear demand insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting consensus-based forecasting across the business.
