Demand Planner

About This Role

This role involves strategic demand planning based on market behavior, focusing on forecasting, distribution, and inventory management. The Demand Planner will coordinate with various teams to ensure objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan the "sell-in" forecast for the next 5 months
• Develop a weekly merchandise distribution plan by customer for the current month
• Report "sell-in" sales progress on a weekly basis to senior management and HQ
• Develop and report a clearance plan for LTI (Long-Term Inventory) for the current and following month
• Develop and report a clearance plan for NGSI (Non-Goodset Inventory) for the current month
• Update demand in the system (GDMI) on a weekly basis, based on market behavior
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer demand and purchase orders, as well as managing relevant KPIs
• Maintain ongoing coordination with the logistics team regarding merchandise imports and the tracking of purchase order shipments
• Coordinate with HQ and manufacturing facilities regarding demand updates and merchandise imports
• Follow up with various relevant departments to ensure the achievement of objectives set by the CEO and HQ

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
• 4 or 5 years experience in similar functions
• Advanced English level
• Advanced Excel (a test will be taken)
