About This Role
Driving Digibee's demand generation strategy, with a focus on the US B2B SaaS market, is the core purpose of this senior individual contributor role. The Demand Generation Leader will use data-driven marketing to convert paid media, website performance, and full-funnel insights into qualified pipeline and revenue. This position works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue leadership to build a predictable demand engine and continuously improve conversion.
Responsibilities

- Develop and continuously optimize Digibee’s website and conversion paths, identifying opportunities to improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion
- Build a culture of experimentation across demand generation, testing channels, messaging, audiences, landing pages, offers, and conversion points
- Own full-funnel reporting and performance analysis, connecting marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Partner closely with Sales to establish effective Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, ensuring that qualified demand is properly routed, followed up, and measured through the funnel
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales, and revenue teams to align campaigns with ICP, buyer needs, and business priorities
- Help define and evolve Digibee’s demand generation strategy as the company continues expanding in the US market
Requirements

- Strong understanding of website optimization and conversion rate optimization, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities based on data
- Demonstrated experience designing and running marketing experiments and using results to inform future strategy
- Strong analytical skills and experience with full-funnel reporting, from acquisition and engagement through pipeline and revenue
- Experience establishing effective Marketing-to-Sales handoffs, including lead qualification, routing, follow-up, and feedback loops
- Ability to connect marketing performance to business outcomes rather than focusing only on top-of-funnel metrics
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
