This leadership role supports and manages the delivery operations of RoCrave, moving beyond just driving to focus on team leadership, operational management, and process improvement. The position involves ensuring the field staff can work effectively, maintaining delivery quality, and creating smooth operational mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Support drivers and staff
• Manage team operations
• Oversee project management
• Implement on-site improvements
• Confirm driver availability
• Support new team members
• Review delivery routes and work processes
• Resolve on-site issues
• Support team coordination
• Manage progress for each project
• Verify sales and operational figures
• Assist with branch and area operations
• Share information with on-site managers and drivers
• Confirm overall area operational status
• Support the development of new members
• Adjust personnel allocation and operational balance
• Confirm delivery quality and work progress
• Propose improvements for on-site issues
• Review work processes and create systems
• Share information with management and headquarters members
• Provide on-site support and substitute driving as needed

Requirements

• Ordinary driver's license (AT limited allowed)
