About This Role
This Delivery Manager role is within the projects department of the P&C Insurance business unit, focusing on the Belgium cluster. The manager will be end-to-end responsible for project delivery for a group of customers, manage a team of experts, and oversee the revenue, costs, and profitability for all customers in the cluster.
Responsibilities
- Be end-to-end responsible for all projects in the cluster
- Be responsible for people management for a cluster (30+ employees)
- Be Profit & Loss responsible for the cluster
- Participate in steering committees of customers within the cluster
- Perform networking and customer contact on an operational and tactical level
Requirements
- Be skilled at leading and motivating your team, capable of setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and career opportunities
- Be committed to understanding and meeting customer needs, capable of building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Be proficient in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, able to create project plans with your team, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones
- Be capable of identifying issues, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to address challenges and keep projects on track
- Have experience or affinity with maintaining an accurate and up-to-date financial administration, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and invoiced timely and correctly
- Speak Dutch (near fluently) as it is mandatory for this role
