Stop dealing with changing lanes every week, a dispatch team that doesn't know your name, and a paycheck that's a guessing game every Friday.
This three-state dedicated reefer position eliminates the instability. Operating strictly within California, Nevada, and Arizona, you run the same customers, the same areas, and the same truck. The only thing that changes is your pay rateand that only goes up.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Weekly Gross: $1,200 to $1,500 on average
- Annual Earnings: $60,000 to $65,000 (higher starting rates based on experience)
- Base Pay Scale: Starts at $0.55 CPM, hitting $0.61 CPM by month 6
- Monthly Mileage Bonus: Earn up to an additional $0.06 per mile based on the prior month's miles (paid on top of your base rate)
- Weekly Guarantee: Requires 5 to 6 days worked
- Orientation Pay: $300 paid upon completion
Route & Schedule
- Lane: Dedicated CA, NV, and AZ regional operations
- Volume: Approximately 3 turns per week (around 6 total loads)
- Home Time: Home weekly, Sundays off. Option to keep running if freight is available and you want the miles
- Consistency: Dedicated customer base with steady freight and zero surprises
Recent CDL Graduates
Graduated from an accredited CDL program with 120+ verified training hours? You are eligible to apply:

- No prior commercial driving experience required beyond graduation
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A and 21+ years of age
- Recent CDL graduate (120+ accredited hours) OR verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
- Clean MVR: No at-fault accidents or major violations in the past 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Employment history: Gaps must not exceed 6 months in the past year, or 12 months across the past 3 years
