The Finance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring sound financial management while contributing directly to the organization’s mission of youth empowerment. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to deliver excellent results in financial planning and operations.
Key Responsibilities Budget preparation and financial planning
Financial reporting and compliance
Day-to-day financial and administrative operations
Supporting the overall financial health of the organization’s youth development programs
Who We’re Looking For DEAN is looking for a passionate finance professional who is not only skilled in numbers but also believes in using their expertise to create positive social impact. Candidates with experience in the non-profit sector will have an added advantage.
