Serving under the Head of School, the Dean of Students is responsible for creating a positive, structured, and supportive experience for student-athletes. This role oversees the residential life program, leads the new Post Graduate (PG) program, and manages student success, discipline, and holistic development for elite student-athletes. The Dean works closely with academic, athletic, and mindset development staff to ensure a well-rounded and high-performance environment.
