岗位职责
1、负责股权及不动产项目的投后管理工作；
2、负责处理股权及不动产项目投后日常需求，组织存续期重大事项表决，进行关键人员管理等；
3、对投资项目/企业/基金开展定期或不定期投后走访，进行日常风险监控跟踪，发现问题并提出合理化改进措施、建议；
4、写投后管理报告及投后分析报告，根据监管及公司制度要求完成信息披露，满足投资人存续期需求、进行投资者关系维护；
5、支持部门股权及不动产项目业务开展及财务（估值）等工作，协同对被投企业投后赋能，参与投资项目退出方案及实施；
6、完成部门交办的其他工作。
任职要求
1、金融、财会、法律、经济等相关专业硕士以上学历，优秀人员可放宽为211或985本科学历;
2、拥有3年及以上股权及不动产投后管理工作经验，具备PE/VC等工作经验优先，熟悉保险资金不动产及股权投资业务优先；
3、具备很强的自驱力，具有优秀的组织、沟通、计划与统筹能力。
