Job Summary
As a Carhop, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing food and beverage orders to our guests in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly and accurately, while also maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. We are ready to meet smiling faces that enjoy working early mornings and daytime hours. Shift start and end times can be flexible.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, utilizing retail math skills as needed.
- Support team members in various tasks within the restaurant as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant
- Familiarity with a POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
