Responsibilities

- Assess children's progress through standardized testing and observational methods, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development, behavior, and educational needs
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and respect among students
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices in early childhood education
- Provide tutoring support for children needing additional assistance in literacy education or other subjects
Requirements
