Databricks Consultant
On behalf of our global client, we’re currently looking for a Databricks Consultant
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (+ possible extension)
Location: Remote

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms using Databricks and modern cloud technologies.
- Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership across complex transformation programmes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering activities.
- Support solution design, system decomposition, and technical problem solving.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps and delivery strategies.
- Guide engineering teams through implementation and best practice adoption.
- Contribute to end-to-end project delivery from design through deployment.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of experience within data engineering, data architecture, or modern data platform delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks in enterprise environments.
- Proven consulting background with significant client-facing experience.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end data transformation projects.
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working within consulting organisations, system integrators, or technology consulting environments.
