Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visual analytics for business and operations teams
• Translate complex datasets into clear, engaging visual narratives
• Maintain and improve BI dashboards, templates, and reporting workflows
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability in all visual outputs
• Support ad-hoc analysis and create visuals for presentations and strategic initiatives
• Document visualization standards and best practices

Requirements

• Entry-Level / Junior (0–3+ years experience, internships included)
• Experience in data visualization, BI development, or data analysis
• Proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Data Studio)
• Strong design sense with the ability to create clear, user-friendly dashboards
• Basic understanding of SQL or working with structured datasets is a plus
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
