Data Visualization Engineer

About This Role

This engineering role focuses on developing Power BI dashboards and using data storytelling to provide insights. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in this field and will work closely with business teams to transform their needs into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards for business intelligence
• Create executive reports and implement data storytelling techniques to provide meaningful insights
• Utilize MS Power BI, MS Fabric, MS Power Automate, and various data stores (SQL, Snowflake, etc.) to support business intelligence initiatives
• Provide troubleshooting support and assistance to end users on Power BI-related issues
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance data visualization and business analytics

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards and data storytelling
• Advanced expertise in MS Power BI dashboard creation and data visualization
• Strong working knowledge of MS Fabric & MS Automate
• Proficiency in working with SQL, Snowflake, and other relational databases
• Ability to convey complex data insights in an intuitive and engaging manner (Data Storytelling)
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to convert business requirements into analytical solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning new technologies and tools
