Job Title: Data Specialist
Location: Matawan, New Jersey ( on-site)
Job type: Full time/ direct hire
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excel — reporting, validation, sorting/filtering, basic analysis
- Data quality and auditing
- Finding and correcting data inconsistencies
- Product/item or other master-data maintenance
- Basic data analysis and identifying trends
- SAP/ERP experience — important plus
- Spanish bilingual — important, especially because the formal JD says “must”
- Ability to work with different departments and resolve issues
- Bachelor’s degree and good communication/problem-solving skills
For this $55K position, I would not require deep SAP configuration or advanced SQL . A candidate with solid Excel + data entry/data quality experience + some SAP/ERP exposure + Spanish would be a very reasonable target.
