About This Role
Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of article, price, and promotion data is the daily focus of this Data Specialist role. You will process and verify data, resolve data issues, and ensure seamless system integration, enabling colleagues across the organization to rely on correct data.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter article, price, and promotion data into systems
- Verify data and coordinate with colleagues and suppliers
- Process changes in articles, prices, and promotions
- Quickly and carefully resolve data issues and price discrepancies
- Answer questions from stores, colleagues, and suppliers
- Identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes and systems
Requirements
- MBO/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably with several years of experience in a similar role
- Work independently, address problems, and take responsibility for your work
- Handle data carefully, have an eye for detail, and value quality
- Proven experience with Microsoft and Excel and proficient in their use
- Energized by working with data and continuously improving processes and data quality
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SAP or Retail systems, or an affinity for them (training will be provided if needed)
