Mphasis is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Generative AI. The role involves building scalable AI/ML solutions, developing predictive models, creating data pipelines, and contributing to enterprise GenAI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Build ETL pipelines and data workflows using Python, SQL, Airflow, and cloud services.
- Design dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
- Deploy ML models and APIs in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Work on LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and RAG solutions.

Preferred Experience
- 8+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on ML development.
- Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, or Insurance.
- Exposure to production-grade GenAI solutions is an added advantage.
