About the role
Must-Haves — Data Product Manager (Strategy Lead) 10+ years in data strategy, architecture, product management, or related roles. 5+ years in Payments/Treasury/Banking with expertise in: Payment rails, clearing/settlement, cross-border payments ISO 20022 (this is the global standard payments are used on) and SWIFT MT/MX (must have min 5 years' experience with this) Strong Data Governance & Data Management experience: Data quality, lineage, metadata, reference/master data Governance frameworks, standards, controls, compliance readiness Experience defining data strategies, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives. Strong data architecture knowledge: Canonical data models APIs/data contracts Batch and event-driven patterns Enterprise data design Experience with regulatory and audit-driven environments: AML/Sanctions, PSD2/Open Banking, regulatory reporting, data retention Proven Data Product Management experience: Roadmaps, backlog prioritization, use cases, Epic/Feature acceptance criteria Ability to partner with Enterprise Architects, business teams, and technology teams to drive strategy and delivery. Experience with SAFe/PI Planning or enterprise agile delivery preferred. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
