Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement data protection policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with GDPR, CIPP, and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in data governance and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management solutions that meet business needs while ensuring data privacy requirements are met.
- Provide training and guidance on data protection best practices to employees across the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in a similar role within IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, CIPP, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 standards related to data privacy laws.
- Proven track record of developing effective data protection strategies and implementing them successfully.
