Project Role: Collibra Lead
Work Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Must Have Skills: Strong expertise in Collibra, SQL, and Snowflake (secondary), Lead position, Should have strong Life Sciences/Pharma domain experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models.
- Lead business glossary, data catalog, metadata management, and data lineage initiatives.
- Establish governance councils, stewardship processes, and governance workflows.
- Drive data quality, compliance, and regulatory initiatives across business domains.
- Lead end-to-end Collibra implementation and administration.
- Configure operating models, domains, communities, assets, workflows, and responsibilities.
- Manage Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Data Quality, and Policy Manager modules.
- Define metadata models, asset relationships, and governance processes
- Lead integration of Collibra with platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, Reltio, Informatica, and cloud data lakes.
Required Skills
- 8+ years in Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Data Management.
- 4+ years hands-on Collibra experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC)
- Business Glossary
- Data Catalog
- Data Lineage
- Collibra Data Quality (DQ)
- Workflow Designer
- Collibra APIs
- Experience with SQL and metadata management.
- Strong stakeholder and leadership skills.
Educational Qualification:
- BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc
