About This Role
This data entry role in a manufacturing plant office supports production management by inputting data into formatted Excel and Word documents. It is suitable for someone new to office work who prefers minimal phone interaction and values work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Input data into specified Excel and Word formats for production management of automotive and industrial machinery parts
- Process invoices and confirm production numbers within the factory (approximately 10% of the work)

Important Details
- Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (8 hours actual work, 1 hour break)
- Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month
- Workdays: 5 days a week
- Days off: Saturdays and Sundays
- Long holidays: Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays
- Commuting: Car, motorcycle, bicycle, or public transport allowed
- Commuting allowance regulations: No monthly upper limit, applies to commutes over 2km from home, daily amount calculated from commuter pass or gasoline costs
- Advance payment system: Available for a minimum of 5 days of work, paid via bank transfer within 2 business days of application, approximately 70% of earned wages can be paid in increments of ¥10,000
