About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer (Analyst/Scientist) to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights, building scalable data pipelines, and supporting analytics, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering, with a proven ability to own complex data problems from inception to implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and data stakeholders—to develop robust data solutions that drive strategic decision-making. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases are essential. Hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is required, along with a solid background in designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is also important. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and an ability to translate business questions into clear, data-driven insights. The capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment is vital for success in this role.
