What You ll Be Doing
- Investigate discrepant data and issue queries to sites/sponsors to verify or obtain demographic and visit information
- Enter resolutions and revisions across operational systems
- Process and file source data once workflows are complete
- Maintain departmental metrics and participate in required training programmes
- Report equipment and system issues promptly
- Keep accurate and complete Data Coordination files in line with SOPs
- Archive closed studies upon study lock notification
- Support data reconciliation activities to meet sponsor timelines
- Attend Project Assurance meetings and provide feedback
- Assist in training new temporary employees
What We Look For
- BS or BA degree in life sciences or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of data processing experience
- Proven expertise in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong proficiency in data entry and typing
- Demonstrated ability in organisation, problem solving and communication
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Based in or able to work from Bangalore (on-site or hybrid)
