Leading and expanding a substantial team in 24x7 data center operations is the core of this role, which involves implementing and driving the safety culture at the site. The manager will plan and execute campus operational budgets, forecast expenses, and manage established budgets, while developing a strategy for cost-effective operations focused on total cost of ownership. This role suits a leader who can ensure service level agreements with internal teams on uptime, efficiencies, and cost are consistently met, and who can set strategy and plan deployments across the site, integrating Google-wide strategy and execution with both internal and external business partners.
