Role Overview
Drive the value and commercial potential of a large corporate data ecosystem by analyzing user behavior, identifying product-market fit, uncovering new use cases, and supporting the development of value-added data services.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data assets to identify high-value use cases and market opportunities.
- Evaluate product-market fit and recommend new data-driven offerings.
- Study user behavior and platform usage patterns to generate actionable insights.
- Track customer journeys from login to data consumption and export.
- Segment users and monitor engagement trends across client categories.
- Identify anomalies, churn risks, and potential data quality issues.
- Collaborate with Business and Product teams to enhance data delivery and customer value.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with large datasets and user behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in data segmentation and insight generation.
- Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within Fintech, B2B SaaS, or Data/Information Services domains.
