Roles & Responsibilities
Own the delivery of Data & Analytics engagements across 1-2 workstreams
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates - driving performance, capability building, and culture
Maintain hands-on involvement in Data architecture, BI Reporting (tableau), and Agentic AI solution design
Define and evolve the practice's AI strategy — champion adoption of enterprise-grade agentic solutions
Track and translate technology trends - particularly in Agentic AI, into actionable practice roadmap items
Skill Set
Strong SQL expertise with ability to review, govern and guide complex implementations.
Experience in BI Reporting / Tableau, including enterprise-level governance, performance standards and rollout.
Strategic exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI initiatives and enterprise AI use cases.
Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills across complex environments
