Job Description

• Design, build, and maintain regular reporting and dashboards to drive business and operational performance monitoring and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and operational processes to uncover root causes, explain key performance trends, and evaluate metric shifts.
• Develop and deploy automated tools and leverage emerging technologies to optimize operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to identify operational pain points, align on business logic and metric definitions, and drive targeted outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven operational roles, is preferred.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python or JavaScript for analytical modeling and process automation.
• Proven analytical and critical-thinking skills with a track record of translating complex data into actionable business solutions.
• Agile mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, prioritize competing deliverables, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in operational process optimization, workflow automation, or re-engineering is highly advantageous.
