Description
As a Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, risks, and control gaps.
- Perform data analysis and prepare management reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Maintain project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, and governance records.
- Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
- Support change initiatives and contribute to training and communication activities.
Profile
A successful Data Analyst should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience in banking or financial services is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of VBA is an advantage.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboarding platforms is beneficial.
- Strong interest in private banking operations, process improvement, and risk management.
