Data Analyst - Data Visualization

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Partner with business units to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions
• Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to support business initiatives and improve performance
• Present insights and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau
• Experience applying generative AI/LLMs to business problems (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, and evaluation)
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices (e.g., privacy, explainability, model risk considerations)
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and model evaluation; experience with Python ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or related field
• Previous experience in financial services industry and/or wealth management a plus
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques including machine learning and predictive modeling
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
